Caroline has been involved in more than 80 productions both here in the United States and in the UK in various roles including director, choreographer, producer, stage manager, costumer designer, props, lighting/sound board operation, house manager and, occasionally, actor (last seen as the Havana Dancer in The Longwood Players’ production of Guys & Dolls). In 2014, Caroline received a DASH nomination from the Eastern Massachusetts Association of Community Theatre for Best Choreography in a Musical (Cabaret).
Matthew Sherman (Grant Writing) has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2012. When not in the theater, Matthew is a banking professional who has worked with a wide variety of regional and national financial institutions. In his spare time, he is an avid reader, a cryptozoology aficionado, a collector of obscure cast albums, and owns two autographed photos of Boba Fett.

Stacy Kadesch has been with Moonstruck since 2007. She was bit by the theatre bug at age 7 – this eventually led her to The Hartt School of Music, where she earned a degree in Performing Arts Management, with a focus in musical theatre. She has performed, costumed, choreographed, produced, directed, and even worked tech crew – and she’s still learning! By day, she is a specialist in company culture and workplace happiness in the tech sector. Fun fact: she met her husband Mark during her first Moonstruck production You Can’t Take It With You.

Having been involved with theater for the majority of her life, Alycia was thrilled to be asked to serve on the Board of Directors. Born and raised in Shrewsbury, MA, Alycia graduated from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT with a BS in Psychology. She currently works in pharmaceutical research, and enjoys a plethora of hobbies (singing, horseback riding, and ballroom dancing, to name a few). Favorite roles to date include Ronette (Little Shop of Horrors), Fraulein Kost (Cabaret), Penelope Pennywise (Urinetown), and Alexi Darling/Seasons of Love Soloist (RENT).

TJ Rufo (Human Resources) has been performing on and off with Moonstruck since summer 2013 (Cabaret) and joined the Board of Directors that winter. He works hard, plays hard, and dreams big—all qualities which have served useful since joining the Board. Aside from Moonstruck, TJ teaches high school French and private voice lessons in the Metro West and is the Tenor Section Leader/Soloist at First Parish Church in Weston. He holds degrees in Music (B. Mus, performance) and French (B.A) from UMass Amherst, and is currently spending his summers working on an M. A. in French at Middlebury College. TJ calls upon his instincts as an artist, his international perspective, and his abilities to inspire success in others as Head of the Human Resources Committee here at Moonstruck. He is neither sorry nor regretful, but is quite grateful and happy to be a part of this dynamic group!
Kristie Norris (Social Media & Outreach) Kristie’s life outside the theatre does in fact exist, though some might think it’s a myth. She works in Boston as a Marketing Manager and uses free time not spent in the theatre to ride her horses, plan vacations she wishes she could take, make “the grey stuff” (it’s delicious), and eat cake. Outside of Moonstruck, she’s the Executive Director for The Opposite of People, and runs a Shakespeare reading group called The Dead Playwrights Society.
